Fried Green Tomatoes Recipes

INGREDIENTS

• 3 green tomatoes (sliced)
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. Heritage Fare Herb & Spice Fish Coating
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Heat oil in frying pan on medium-high heat.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix eggs together well.
2. Dip tomatoes in egg wash and coat with Heritage Fare Herb & Spice Fish Coating.
3. Fry in olive oil. Remove when crispy and serve.
